How To Draw Joey Step By Step
Step 1 - Start with Eyes and Nose
Draw two large oval-shaped eyes with small filled circles inside for the pupils, keeping them evenly spaced. Then, attach a long, thin, curved nose that extends downward from between the eyes to complete the facial structure.
Step 2 - Add Facial Outline and Antennae
Sketch the rounded outline of the face, connecting smoothly around the eyes and nose to form the head shape. Then, draw two long, curved antennae extending upward from the top of the head.
Step 3 - Draw the Mouth and Teeth
Outline a wide, big smile around the lower part of the face, making sure it curves smoothly. Inside the mouth, draw several vertical lines to represent the individual teeth clearly.
Step 4 - Sketch One Raised Arm and Hand
Extend a thin arm upward from the side of the face, keeping it straight and proportionate. At the end of the arm, draw a gloved hand with four fingers in a waving position.
Step 5 - Draw the Body and Feet
Add a long, curved torso beneath the face, keeping it narrow and smooth. Attach two small feet at the bottom of the torso, making sure they are balanced and aligned with the body.
Step 6 - Add the Other Arm and Hand
Draw another thin arm extending outward on the opposite side of the raised arm, keeping it consistent in length and shape. At the end of this arm, sketch a matching gloved hand in a waving position.
Step 7 - Add Stripes on the Body
Draw horizontal stripes across the torso, spacing them evenly to cover the length of the body. Make sure the lines are smooth and consistent to give the torso texture and added detail.
Step 8 - Finalize Joey Drawing
Review and carefully clean up the lines, erasing any rough or overlapping sketches. Smooth out the outlines to make them clear and sharp, ensuring the character Joey looks complete with all his features.
