How To Draw Faceted Mountain Peaks Step By Step
Step 1 - Draw the Mountain Outlines
Draw four bumpy, zigzag mountain shapes across the middle, and a few long, wavy lines along the very bottom.
Step 2 - Add Ground Facets
Draw lots of straight, crisscrossing lines inside the bottom section to make many sharp, flat triangle shapes on the ground.
Step 3 - Detail the First Mountain
Fill the mountain on the left side with straight lines that connect to make many small triangle patterns.
Step 4 - Detail the Second Mountain
Draw many straight, connecting lines inside the mountain on the right to create more sharp triangles.
Step 5 - Detail the Third Mountain
Add straight, crisscrossing lines inside the tall mountain in the back left to fill it with triangles.
Step 6 - Detail the Fourth Mountain
Draw straight lines inside the last tall peak on the back right to finish its triangle patterns.
Step 7 - Draw the Sun
Draw a curved line in the middle gap for a rising sun, then add pointy triangles on top for rays.
Step 8 - Finish the Drawing
Fill the middle space below the sun with a few straight lines to make final triangle shapes.
